Dr. Greg Darbro earned his B.S. in Veterinary Medicine in 1989 and graduated from Texas A&M in 1991 as a DVM.  He took over at North Colony Animal Clinic at its original location in 1993, and moved to the current location in 1998. Dr. Darbro has several areas of professional special interest including orthopedics, general surgery, and animal behavior. He keeps abreast of current veterinary practices by attending Continuing Education seminars both locally and nationally.  He enjoys educating our clients on how to help their pets lead healthier lives.
 
Raised in El Paso, Texas, Dr. Darbro currently resides in Cooke County with his wife, Charlan, his daughter Caroline, two cats, Scrat and Sylvester, and Lucy the Corgi. His personal interests revolve around the family farm where they raise cattle, goats and chickens.

Dr. Timothy Bowe earned his B.S. in veterinary medicine in 1986 and graduated from Texas A&M in 1992 as a DVM. He joined Dr. Darbro at North Colony Animal Clinic in 1999. Dr. Bowe has a  special interest in orthopedic medicine. He attends Continuing Education seminars both locally and nationally to keep up with current trends in veterinary science. Dr. Bowe particularly enjoys the trust he builds with his clients. These long-lasting relationships better enable him to provide optimal care for his patients from puppy hood through the geriatric stages of life.

Dr. Bowe lives in Allen with his wife, Dr. Kathleen Bowe, their daughter, Rachel, Border Collie mix, Emily, and two cats, Skittles and Kitten. Their son T.J. attends Texas Tech and currently plans to follow in the family footsteps to become a DVM. Dr. Bowe spends his free time playing golf, fishing, and woodworking. The Bowes also enjoy spending time at their lake house on Lake Texoma
Dr. Kathleen Bowe earned her B.S. in veterinary medicine in 1988 and graduated from Texas A&M in 1992 as a DVM. She went on to pursue a career in emergency veterinary medicine at the Emergency Animal Clinic of Collin County. She chose to join her husband and Dr. Darbro at North Colony Animal Clinic in March of 2009. Dr. Bowe still has a special interest in emergency medicine as well as internal medicine. She loves helping animals and helping people keep their pets healthy members of the family.

 

Dr. Bowe lives in Allen with her husband, Dr. Tim Bowe, their daughter, Rachel, Border Collie mix, Emily, and two cats, Skittles and Kitten. Their son T.J. attends Texas Tech and currently plans to follow in the family footsteps to become a DVM. Dr. Bowe is an avid reader, and enjoys walking, fishing, and golf.

Dr. Lisa Rieck is excited to join North Colony Animal Clinic as an associate veterinarian. She is originally from Lincoln, Nebraska where she graduated from the University of Nebraska in 2001 with a bachelors degree in Animal Science. She continued her education by moving to the island of St. Kitts, located in the West Indies to study at Ross University of Veterinary Medicine. She graduated from Ross with a DVM degree in 2007.

Prior to joining North Colony Animal Clinic Dr. Rieck focused on small animal emergency practice and feline practice.

Dr. Rieck enjoys several outdoor activities like riding her horse, running and biking.
